How to make your order:
- Make your order (for Custom Cupcakes and Novelty Cakes, please state the flavour/s, size and theme)
- Secure your order with a payment of at least 50% of the normal prices
- We will fulfil your order and then it is collected or delivered at a fee. (Delivery is charged per KM)
* All orders must be placed 3 days before the delivery date; for Custom Cupcakes, Novelty Cakes, and large orders, they must be placed [at the latest] a week before the delivery date.
* All orders will only be secured by a deposit of 50% of the total order amount. The balance is then paid on the delivery date. NO DEPOSIT, NO ORDER.
* Orders that are made later than the time frame required are considered as late orders
* Late orders are charged with a late fee, based on the specifications required for the late orders.
* A full deposit (the total fee of the total order) is required for late orders. The full deposits for the late orders are non refundable.
* ALL deposits are non refundable
